Jennifer Paré Art does not refund online purchases and/or do not affect exchanges for incorrect art pieces purchased on line

 

Payment methods/options

Jennifer Paré Art, at the time of presenting payment options to our customers, is South Africa. Transaction Currency is ZAR (South African Rand).

Courier/shipping:

Courier /shipping fees are for the account of the purchaser.  The fee charged is calculated based on the weight of your parcel.  No parcel will be shipped prior to payment of the order.  Your order will be dispatched within 3 days after payment has been made.
We make use of reputable cost-effective door to door couriers.

Shipping outside of South Africa excludes any import duties and import taxes.

Insurance
We do not take any responsibility for damaged and/or lost parcels or incorrect shipping address.  We, however, make every effort to ensure that your order arrives at its destination.  If you would like to take additional insurance cover with the courier/shipping company, please advise us and this will be included in the quote provide.

Security features are in force on our online order form.  SSL encryption is utilised on our website to protect our customer details in the submission of and processing of orders.  Personal contact details can only be accessed by us so that we can process your orders. We do not disclose customer information to any third parties.  Credit or debit card details are not stored at all.
